What do you want when dealing with a Sales Person in any industry? I can’t speak for anyone else but I can certainly speak for myself. What I want is to deal with someone who can give me accurate information, someone who is always punctual and, above all, someone who is courteous and polite. Combining these attributes allows me, without coercion, to make an informed decision. The last thing I want is to be "sold"

Local Real Estate brings a new philosophy to the real estate industry. We do not have "sales" people. What we have are "people" people.

More so than any other business contact, people in a community have the closest contact with their real estate agent. You invite us into your homes, you share personal information with us, we sit around your table and have a cup of tea or coffee with you. You get to know us and we get to know you.

I believe that this close contact is a form of partnership. And, as a business owner, I feel I have a duty to put something back into our community. Whether it is contributing equipment to schools, organising a fund raising campaign for a community group or just being able to assist our community in any way I can.
